As all of you know making plans for the future became hard with this blasted virus, but the skull grinding metal train that is Nordic Fest will not be stopped by negative thinking and worst case scenarioes. We are back in the saddle, and more news will follow. If you're an international, please check the Norwegian and your own governments rules about visiting Norway before buying tickets. There are currently many countries under travel restrictions to Norway and we're not sure if they will be lifted before Nordic Fest.
Nordic Fest is being held at Sub Scene, a venue located in the very heart of Oslo. It is located at Rosenkrantz' gate 17, 700 meters from its former location. Being a venue that does not serve alcohol, and therefore having no age-limit, it also appeals to the younger crowd with a passion for music. Sub Scene has its own bar/cafe (Sub Cafe) with a great selection of various beverages and snacks.
Parking places are limited around Sub Scene so expect a little bit of walking. It may be smart to bring some warm clothes, as the median temperature for Oslo in that period is between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius (32 to 41 Fahrenheit). Nordic Mission will be selling vinyls, CDs, DVDs, t-shirts and hoodies at the venue. This is your chance to get yourself collectors’ items, a masterpiece, the latest news or the albums you have always wanted, without paying for the shipping! Check out nordicmission.net for our selection!
We are also, as always, invited to join the service at Sub Church on Sunday 16:00 (4:00 PM). It is a pleasure for us to announce Nordic Fest 2019, and we look forward to seeing all of you in November! Take some time to read about the different bands in the Artists section - you can click the Physical button to buy their music physically, and the Digital button to stream/buy their music digitally. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to look up our contact info in the Contact section.
