Well, regardless of how tasteless the issue may have been expressed, it is not in the best interest of the business to ignore him. I get rowdy customers at my work and regardless of how much they make a scene, they have to be taken care of.

what really sucks is that i'm a huge fan of the band. just send the freaking shirt and patch or refund me, already, Samuel. this is beyond ridiculous. if it happened in america, i'd have taken it to small claims court.
